January 25, 2019

Can you believe this is our last update of January 2020? We only have 11 more months until 2021. I don't know about you but I feel like every year goes by faster and faster. For some reasons I do not really appreciate how fast time flies, however when you put this into perspective, it pushes us and makes us feel the need to share the love of CHRIST more often because we only have a certain amount of time to do that. Just think, if Jesus was to return to this earth tomorrow, would you go back to Heaven with him or would you be left here? In other words, have you asked Christ to come into your life? Have you asked for forgiveness? If so, do you know anyone who has not?

I don't know if this is the same for you, but the more I think about how quickly the days, weeks, and months are slipping out from under me, the more I feel the need to step out of my comfort zone and share the unconditional love He had for us. Now is your time, if you haven't accepted God as your personal Lord and Savior, than now is the time. We have been called to go out and share the great news. Don't waste anytime. If you have already accepted the Christ Jesus, I challenge you today to share with at least two lost people the life the Lord has blessed you with. I continue you pray for you all on a daily basis and hope that you all are doing well. I love each and every single on of you more than words can explain. I am so blessed to be able to share my story with you all and hope it is making and changing your lives.

I pray each and every one of you had a blessed week, full of being in the Word of God. I know for me, this weeks has been a good week as far as my walk with the Lord. I have been reading the book of Esther. If you have not read this book of the Bible, I very highly encourage it and for those of you who already have read it, read it again. I don't know about you but I feel like the more I read a verse in the Bible the more I get out of it. For instance, I have read the book of Esther before however, it wasn't until this time I read it that I realized if wasn't for the reading of Mordecai saving the King then the plot would have majorly twisted. Go ahead and read the book again, and if you find something new about this book of the Bible post on social media what you found with the tag #ReReadEsther and #BouncebackBeautifully.

I am about to start taking T-shirt orders, I just have to get the proofs to put on the order forms. If you are interested in a BBB shirt please keep your eyes out for the order forms. Also I have not been sending out as many boxes as I had planned, so please continue to send in those application forms for you and or people who may be struggling. I love you all so much and don't forget, He calls you WORTHY!!!!

I hope you all have had a great start to this New Year! Have you been following up with your resolution? If not, don't worry you can always start now. I have had a pretty good week. We had a couple of anxiety ridden situations but God got us though and now we are all doing great! I am super excited to start selling Bounceback Beautifully shirts. I will start by putting the form on Facebook and Instagram and eventually get it up on the website. So if you are interested in buying a shirt to support my ministry just keep you eyes open for when I start taking orders.

This weeks mini lesson is going to be about How to Talk to God. I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel as if my prayers get repetitive which leads me to worry about if God heard me. But then I remember that God is always ready and waiting for you to talk to Him. Isaiah 55:6-7 and Philippians 4:6 are both great example of God asking us to make our request known to Him. He did not put us on this earth to get through life alone. He wants us to learn from each other and ultimately by Him. God wants us to see Him as a close friend, someone you will share and tell anything too. God loves to hear you speak to Him, so next time you feel alone or like no one hears you, turn to Him. This is exactly what I was faced to do when I was put in impatient treatment. I felt as if nobody understood what I was going through and that I was in this alone. It wasn't until I felt the power of prayer swarming around me. People back home were praying for me, my family, my friends, people I didn't even know and it definitely made a difference in my recovery. I would get cards several times a week of people telling me they are in fervent prayer for my recovery and nothing felt better than top know that people care about you and want you. I want all of you to know that I pray for each and every one of you on a daily basis and while you might not know it now, try it. Nothing compares to the power of talking to God.

January 5, 2020

Did you make your New Year's resolution? I know I have and I am already working towards my goal of getting closer to God. It takes a lot of commitment to stick with a resolution! I know for me personally each year when I make one, I tell myself that I am not going to slack; then by about August I really start to give myself too much slack which usually results in me stopping. This year however I have set reminders up on my phone, wrote in my calendar, and asked other people to hold me accountable.

This weeks mini lesson is going to be about : Living in our world

I know that as a human being we are all faced with many hard decisions. We often times get so caught up in all of the gossip and drama of our world that we forget the true meaning of why we were put on this earth. We were individually chosen to be put here own Earth to make a spiritual impact on the loss people of our world. In Philippians 3:14 God states that "our lives are to bring glory to God". We should not focus on the popularity, money, people, and other things which we often define ourselves with, but instead we are to remember that this earth is just a passing place. If you know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior than earth is just a waiting room. "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:3 This is not our forever home, keep pushing on and you will be amazed!
