Hey everyone! It has been what feels like weeks since we last talked. I pray that you all have had a great past week are are looking forward to a new one. I know I am for sure. These past two weeks have definitely been quite stressful. With the schools trying to decide our start back date and stores starting to require masks again, it sometimes leaves me wondering if we are ever going to get past this virus. When our minds get so wrapped and conformed to specific things, we often forget about the most important thing in our life. Our relationship with Christ. Proverbs 3:5-6 state, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths strait." So, yes this time is crazy and all out of sorts however this just gives us more of a reason to trust in Him. I know and believe that God is going to use this is a grand and mighty way. I mean, look at your life, and you will begin to notice that He already has. For example, we have been gifted more family time, more time to fall deep into His word, realize the want and need for face to face discipleship, and so much more. I continue to pray that you all would be able to see and point out the positives in your current life. I love you all so much and keep being you!!!!

Starting next week, I am going to start doing a weekly Facebook Live video where I read a verse of the Bible and point out what it means to me and how we can apply it to our daily lives. As of right now I am looking at doing it on Sunday around 8am.

Don't forget shirt order goes in on August 31st. B3 Boxes are being made currently, is there anyone who could use some encouragement?

I am glad you came back to read this weeks update! I pray that this past week has been well for you all. I can't believe school is supposed to begin in just two weeks or so we think. However, despite all of the crazy guidelines and rules I think that no matter the circumstances, most students are going to be happy to see other people again. I know I am. As we quickly approach the start of a new school year, I really want to focus on standing out and being different. So many students and I included get so caught up in trying to fit in or be "popular" that we forget who we really are. I know you have probably heard this talk thousands of times but I really want you to take a second to ask yourself who you are at school. Do you act the same way you act at church? Do you speak the same to your friends as you would to Jesus? If you were called to be judged in front of Christ today, would He be proud of you? As I sit here today really asking myself these questions I quickly realize that I am not always being who God wants me to be. However, this can change. I am not saying that you can go through the rest of life as a perfect, sinless human, but you can try your hardest to please God is 99% of your words and actions. I say all of this to you today to remind you that you should always be you., Don't try and fit in with your school/work/home environment. Be happy with who God created you to be and show it off. Don't be ashamed or embarrassed, just pretend it is only you and God in the room.

Please Please Please don't forget to submit box forms. I have only has three submissions during quarantine and I know much more are needed. As school gets ready to start back, submit them for your friends and or family  that need encouragement. I love you all so much and please continue to lift Bounceback Beautifully up in prayer.

July 6, 2020

Happy Monday! I hope you have all had a blessed week enjoying your time off. I know for me, as an upcoming 9th grader, schoolwork and life can consume me sometimes. Attempting to balance all of the crazy on my schedule and have free time can result in me being very tired. Recently I have been exhausted just because of trying to live according to my schedule and plan. But, along the way God gripped my attention. Allowing me to see and feel how all of this was taking a physical toll on my body. I was so sore, tired, and just wanted to relax for a day. It was right then that I realized you cannot live your life without a power supply. God is that power supply, our charging cable and our refill. He has the ability to make all of the problems and stress dissolve and allow us to focus on the real reason we were placed on this earth. In Isaiah 40:31 God says, " But those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength ; they will soar on eagles wings; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint." Therefore, we are to put all of our trust in Him. Jesus states, " Don't worry about your life, what you 2will eat or what you will drink, or about your body, what you will wear." Matthew 6:25. As part of the world and the day we are living in, people and society put so much emphasis on our outer appearance. The number of the scale, the cost of our wardrobe, the house we live in. However in this verse, Jesus clearly states that those places are not when our worthy generates from. We are called to not stress or worry about tomorrow but instead to live in the present, embracing all that God has to offer. The enemy wants us to believe that trusting in Him will only bring boredom. However this is very far from the truth. In fact, it is the complete opposite. Trusting God is the best thing we can do for our future. I cannot even put it into words how much relief and comfort trusting God can give. In Proverbs 16:20 God says, "The one who trusts in the Lord will be happy." which is 100% truth.
