What is a B3 Box?

A B3 Box or Bounceback Beautifully box is a  small package that I will send to someone in need of encouragement. These boxes will include small items such as :

Inspirational Canvas Paintings

Prayer Cards

Bible Verses

Handwritten Cards

Bracelets

Stress Relievers (distraction tools)

Small Journals or notebooks

Etc.

My prayer is that B3 Boxes will give those struggling with mental health, encouragement and hope. Whether that be recovery, coping with anxiety, reaching out for help, etc.

The boxes are free as my goal is to be able to reach as many people as possible.  Therefore, I will be doing different fundraisers throughout the year in order to collect monetary donations as well as small items to go inside the boxes.
