Bounceback Beautifully is a website dedicated to people just like me struggling with anything from anxiety and depression to everyday stresses. As a teen girl who has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, my passion is to break the shame associated with mental health and help others bounceback beautifully by finding their identity in Christ.
