Good morning everyone! I pray that everyones past week went well and I hope that you are looking forward to a new one. I am so beyond grateful to have y’all coming back weekly to check in and read my post. I have a notification that sends to my phone each time someone is on my website and I cannot tell you how many times a day that ringer goes off. Anyways, I have a topic this week that I have been praying and praying the Lord would lead me to share and happens to be this was the week. Do you ever question why God puts us through pain and trying times? I know for me personally when I was in the midst of my eating disorder/ depression I would cry out to God and my parents asking and begging for an answer as to why God put me through this. Then, just one year after beginning recovery God laid it on my heart to start BBB. I think sometimes we get so caught up in the good things of life that when we are hit with a trial we simply panic. The main idea however is the fact that we do not see the full picture. God looks down upon us and sees what is to come however, we only see the past and present. So while in the moment we may feel defeated and worthless, God is and will use that time or incident for His glory. You can’t climb a mountain without going through the valley. Life brings ups and downs, highs and lows, praise and crashes but we must remember “He is the God who is working everything out for our goof.” Romans 8:28

Remember though the easy and trying times, God is working in our lives. Stay strong and never loose hope. I love each of you so much and please continue to lift Bounceback Beautifully up in prayer. I need more bus request so if anyone has an idea of someone please submit an anonymous form. Have a great week and enjoy your holiday.

Hey y'all! I hope that each of you have had an amazing week and are looking forward to todays update. I have been praying about what to write about this week and it happened to occur that I started a new bible study. God has been leading me to share what I have learned with all of you. I am doing the "Battle Plan For Prayer" by Alex and Stephen Kendrick. It is one of the best bible studies I have ever done and I am only on the first week. If you are searching for one and can't make a decision, I highly encourage getting this study. It walks you through the meaning, importance, and steps to a faithful prayer. This morning I completed day 6 and it was fantastic. It focused on the A.C.T.S of prayer and what this acronym stands for. I had heard it over and over in church but never put it into relation like the Kendrick Brothers do. I am pretty sure this study is meant for adults but I have really enjoyed it so far and it is super relatable to todays society. Anyways, I pray that you have all read last weeks update and were able to zoom in and determine who your real, committed friends are. I am so glad that you all have continued to follow me on this road to recovery and please know that all of your encouraging emails and messages are really helpful for me. I am so grateful to have a following like God has allowed and I pray that it will continue to grow. If you feel lead to share my website please do not hesitate. I have been praying for almost a full year now that I will have people from all over the country reading my blog and it is not possible without the sharing and spreading of my followers. You can share by social media or by mouth just please help me get it out there. I know and trust that God is going to use this all for His glory. Please remember that I am always here for you no matter what you are going through. I love you all so much and keep being you!

Hey!!!! I hope you all have had a great last few weeks. It has been a hectic one for me. After being quarantining for multiple weeks then going 24/7 is a shock for sure. I am just grateful that for the next two weeks we have nothing planned. However, I feel like as places begin to reopen and restrictions are lifted we are faced with a new view of life. We begin to realize that things we experience should never be taken advantage of. For example, church. I cannot tell you how much I have missed being with my church family. The coronavirus definitely gave me some insight as to what I take for granted. Anyways, today I wanted to focus on friendships. Personally, I know and believe that if I did not have my close and distant friendships that my recovery could have been completely different. God designed other people for us. He wants us to be involved in discipleship. He wants us to have supporters. Without our friends, we would be lost. Now, I am not saying this to say that we shouldn't have disagreements because that is part of life. However, we should always remember that we need each other and couldn't get through life without each other.

Just wanted to give you all a heads up that the BBB Boxes are open for all. Please submit a form if you have the slightest feel that someone could benefit from one. Also, I will be placing another T-Shirt order on August 25th for the original designs. New designs will be coming out soon for an order I will place the start of 2021. I love you all so much and please keep being you. God made you perfect in his eyes. Have a great week!!
